Pet-friendly options are great. We enjoyed the happy hour in the lobby. Check-in took way too long, though.

If you're a foodie like me, Brighton's culinary scene is a treasure trove! I stumbled upon Leo's Coney Island, dishing out hearty treats that hit the spot. The pool area was a sweet bonus for chilling out—great vibes! Staff were on point, swooping in to help whenever needed.
Now, the dining situation at the Courtyard had me a bit bummed. The café's prices were a bit much, and service was slower than I'd like. Also, good luck getting a room service fix. they don’t do that here, mate!

The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and comfortable, which was great for our family stay. It had a nice setup, and the cleanliness was on point. The staff did a quick job with room cleaning too. It felt cozy and well-kept. A plus was having a fridge and coffee maker. super helpful for snacks. Just wished there was a better common area for teams to chill like we do when traveling.

Nice place with great staff
We had a solid stay for 4 nights. The staff was super nice and helpful, and the bar area was chill. I did appreciate the room service coming quick when we needed something. Only annoying part was our room cards kept dying, so we had to keep running to the desk. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Great for families looking for comfort
Had a wonderful stay with my family. The staff were really nice and went out of their way to help us, I liked how they offered us a cot for the room just in case we needed it. The bed was fantastic, like sleeping on a cloud, I could have stayed there forever.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess that's the price for comfort.

The pool area impressed me deeply. It was clean and the water temperature felt perfect, especially for winter. Housekeeping kept the room tidy, which I appreciated during my stay. Staff provided helpful information when I needed guidance. The check-in process had a hiccup since my room wasn’t ready at first. However, Matthew handled it delicately, turning a frustrating time into a pleasant experience. On the downside, the cafe service was quite slow. I waited a long time for my order, only to be ignored while the staff helped another couple. Not cool. Another concern was noise. I could hear conversations and disruptors outside my room. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning, particularly due to the nice pool and attentive staff.
